The group started off as a one-man outfit known as Westin Management Services during Jan 1990 with the sole purpose of providing quality, efficient and cost effective staff recruitment services to SME clients. The name was later changed to WMS Personnel Services .

We have, over the years built an enviable reputation in the recruitment market, which is why our clients return to us time and again. It is a reputation upon which we constantly strive to improve.
Today there are 6 companies within the WMS Group catering to a wide spectrum of clients in Singapore. While we started off with specialization in the Office Staff placement arena, we feel there is a need to include Technical/IT staff placement to better serve the needs of our expanding clients base. Hence in July 2000 the IT and Technical Division was set up. This also coincides with the celebration of our group's 10th Anniversary.
Accountant(Urgent) @ Ayer Rajah Crescent

Responsibilities:
- Full sets of accounts
- Sales, Accounts Receivables/Payables, Fixed Assets
- Ensure timely submission of reports for audition
- Assist in financial review, internal control and systems implementation
- Ensure day-to-day accounting functions & related issues are carried out in accordance with statutory and business requirements
- Evaluate workflow processes to improve accuracy & enhance efficiency of staff.
- Local or SPR, able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / CPA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-pace environment
- Hands-on and ability to work independently
- Have positive working attitude with good communication, good analytical and interpersonal skills
