A rewarding opportunity to work with prestigious foreign bank is open for an experienced Project Administrator.
This varied role will see you being responsible for executing Program and Project Administration activities such as organises workshops/seminar, coordinates logistics of travel, manages calendar for the Program Director, Employee register maintenance as well as assisting with some ad-hoc reporting.
Requirements:
To secure this role you will need to demonstrate the followings:
• Minimum 5 years in Project/Program administration role preferably in Banking or Finance Sector.
• Ability to work independently and to multi-task
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Meticulous and very organised
• Proficient in MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
