Our client, an American MNC, is urgently looking for suitable candidates :
Administrative Specialist (Order/Invoice Processing & Operations)- URGENT
(Singapore - Alexandra)
Responsibilities:
- Process contracts, orders, invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in Program/Process change related discussions.
- Learn new programs rollout from time-to-time.
- Ensure procedures executed are reflective of the process flows.
- Ensure Service levels either meet or exceed Service Level Agreements.
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in any field discipline with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in admin operations.
- Experienced in business processes and systems for Order Processing, Invoicing and Data Analysis.
- Experienced in a high volume, rapidly changing environment with evolving business rules.
- Must be able to work with region-wide cross-functional teams and possess strong written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
