Engineer (Production/ Wafer Test)

Responsibilities:

• Develop/ debug test program for Logic/Memory/Parametris test systems.
• Some experience in Parametric tester (HP4062/71 series), Logic tester(T65xx/T63xx)
• Transfer new test technologies from parent plant.
• Design and handle probecard for Memory/ Logic testing.
• Plan for new wafer test equipments and co-ordinate installation works.
• Work on throughput improvement and test time reduction.
• Support failure analysis.
• Support test equipment maintenance and boards repair.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 1 years' related experience for Degree holders, minimum 5 years' related experience for Diploma holders.
• Programming and maintenance knowledge with ATE tester, wafer probers.
• Understand VBA Basic. Some knowledge in Flash/ Logic testing.
• Proficient in C, C++ in UNIX environment, Excel, Word.
