As part of their expansion phase they are inviting an experienced candidate for the Project Sales Manager.
Sales Manager (Building Services)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- This position reports to Director, Projects
- To source and manage clients in the area of sales in the building services
- Responsible for profitability of projects / accounts.
- Cultivate customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
- Ensure organization’s participation in targeted markets
- Monitor customer and competitor activity, market products, and brands
- Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
- Identify customer requirements and follow-up on customer tender submissions
- Negotiate pricing agreements within Organization’s guidelines
- Manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Building Estate Management or related
- Candidates with Diploma in engineering qualification with relevant years of sales or work experience may also apply.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of progressive industry experience in securing and / or executing M&E service projects
- Applicants who are conversant in typical M&E requirements for building/plant construction projects will have an added advantage.
