Head, Corporate Communications

Responsibilities:
Located in the Western part of Singapore, a local firm in the Healthcare industry is hiring a Head of Corporate Communications to join their established team.
This role is ideally suited for someone who is a highly motivated and dynamic individual who shares the organisation's motto of continued improvement for their patients.
You will be responsible for the planning, control and implementation of the organisation's corporate communication strategies and all internal and external communications and media relations. You will also be tasked with the planning, monitoring and reviewing of the department's budget and overseeing all KPIs to achieve the overall objectives of the organisation.
With 5 people reporting to you, you are to guide them in producing collaterals and focus on the organisation's volunteer program.
To excel in this position, you must have a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or Arts & Social Science with at least 8 years of relevant post-education experience, 3 of which are in a managerial or supervisory position. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. Candidates must have a proven track record displaying their ability to consistently achieve targets and goals.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Commonwealth.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
