Administrative Assistant
(Singapore - Ubi Techpark)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales documentation and follow-up on sales process
  • Provide coordination duties and clerical support to ensure good liaison between departments and customers
  • Prepare and process invoice, sales order, delivery order, shipment advice and invoice
  • Attend to customers through email, phone calls and walk-ins
  • Prepare customers’ monthly stock drawing statement
  • Other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level and above or its equivalent
  • At least one year of administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Words and Excel
  • Able to convert in Mandarin to liaise with China counterpart
