Admin Assistant (Singapore - Jurong) Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, fax and email enquiries
- Process orders and generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes and quotations
- Assistant Managers with paper work and filing etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions available.
Other informations : Working hours : 5 days ( Mon-Fri: 9.00am - 6.15pm Preferably able to commence work immediately Preferably staying in the West area
