Manager (Legal Department)
(Singapore - HarbourFront - Keppel Bay Tower[Map])

Responsibilities:

• Research, analyse and provide advice on contractual and regulatory matters
• Respond to/and provide advice on legal, regulatory inquiries, complaints and disputes
• Conduct training on law, regulations, directives and company's internal policies on regular basis
• Compliance reviews
• Independently manage drafting, reviewing and advise legal documentations
• Manage corporate secretarial and related administrative duties
• Provide legal advisory support to the regional marketing subsidiaries in South and South East Asia

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent with 3 years PQE
• Ability to present alternatives and propose solutions
• Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Preferably an Advocate & Solicitor with experience (In-house Counsel)
