Field Service Engineer / Technician
(Singapore[Map])

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in the installation, service and maintenance of company products to semi-conductor customers in the field.
  • Facilitate communication with customers’ equipment support team.
  • Conduct rectification of product Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management (QEHS) and/or service QEHS problems.
  • Participate in service support activities for all products including specifying and maintaining Stepper parts inventory preparation.
  • Involve in communication service, technical information and training.
  • Conduct field services, which include troubleshooting, implementing service methods and techniques for new products.
  • Share professional service skills with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Mechantronics) and related fields
  • Domestic & Overseas training programs provided
  • On-site jobs with rotational stand-by duties during nights and public holidays
  • Occasional on-site shift jobs
  • Experience in Semiconductor/Wafer Fab industry will be added advantage.
