Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Assistants in the day-to-day operations
Plan, strategise and monitor the movement of WIP for maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain line linearity
Solicit Engineering support to ensure tight focus on areas and variance requiring immediate attention
Resolve and handle line-related issues / preventive maintenance and to understand all equipment capacities / constraints so as to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations
Organize training and certification for Manufacturing Assistants to upgrade their skills
Facilitate and participate in QIT, cost reduction programs and yield improvement
Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violators
Ensure proper documentation and data-integrity
Requirements:
Degree in any Engineering discipline
Good interpersonal skill
Good analytical
Leadership quality
Interest in Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing
Willing to work 12 hours shift (rotating day / night every 5 months)
