Responsibilities:

• Support lab daily operation i.e lab setup, machines/test maintenance, perform test and generate lab report.
• Work with factory process engineering, production and QA on yield issue, product performance, customer FA, contamination/material control and qualification.
• Develop new test metholody, project on failure root cause mechanism and resolution.

Requirements:

• Degree/master in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science.
• Chemical/analytical lab operation, material characterization knowledge using analytical tools such as GC-MSD, IC, FTIR, SEM/EDX, OSA and SPM.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in analytical chemistry, test method and instruments trouble shooting for senior position.
• Experience in contamination control, failure analysis, problem solving skill and six sigma preferable.
