Sales Admin Coordinator
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- To support the Sales & Admin Department in day to day duties
- To issue and follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients
- To prepare quotation and sales orders
- To attend customer’s enquires
- Order fulfillment (make or buy) and purchasing
- To prepare delivery and shipping documentation
- To ensure all orders are delivered as scheduled and co-ordinate with customers
- To coordinate and support on training, event & seminar
Requirements:
- Minimum O level & above
- Minimum 1 year with relevant experience
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- Responsible, mature, hardworking with a positive attitude and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal skills
Working Hours :
- 5 days week – 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
