Accounts Assistant / Executive
(Accounts Payable)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- In charge of Accounts Payable for 4 or more small entities
- Perform data entry into the accounting system for invoices and payments
- Process payment run for all vendor invoices
- Attend to vendor queries
- Reconciling discrepancies between Purchase Orders, Receipts and Invoices. Coordinating and obtaining additional approval from department managers for discrepancies
- Assist in the annual audit preparation, including AP related audit schedules and providing all requested documentation
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent
- Min 1 year relevant experience
- Detailed and meticulous
- Accurate, efficient and patient
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong in IT system, fast in data entry, with full set accounts knowledge
