Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to fill in the following position.
Manager – Asset Management/ Corporate Marketing (Industrial Fund) (Ref No.: KRKO08023)
(Singapore - South/ Central/ West)
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the appropriate repositioning and formulating asset management plans with the view of maximising performance and enhancement of capital growth for the properties under your charge, taking into account all relevant market conditions and internal business objectives. You will plan for strategic acquisition of new assets as well as redevelopment and divestment of existing assets to meet company performance goals. You will proactively manage tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control related expenses to maximise net operating income of buildings under your charge to drive yields up and maintain good service to clients.
Requirements:
You should possess a degree in Estate Management / Building / Business Administration or Accountancy with at least 5 years of experience in strategic asset management and planning with a large property group. Experience in business development and divestments, assets securitization, or merger and acquisitions with property-related business will be an added advantage. To succeed in this role, you should be strategic, hands-on and highly numerate. Other key attributes include resourcefulness, excellent writing skills and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
