Responsibilities:

• Liaise with schools & statutory boards such as HDB, LTA, URA, TP (Traffic Police) on issues pertaining to car parks (heavy vehicles), ERP, appeals for traffic offences (Fines), Bus Drivers’ Vocational Licenses (VL), road tax, inspection/acquisition/disposal of vehicles
• Updating of internal car park system
• To oversee conducting of Bus Drivers’ Vocational Licenses (VL) courses; billing for VL courses
• Preparation of invoices and payment collection from key accounts
• ERP claims for shuttle services
• Collation of statistics for accidents involving company’s buses
• Basic administrative, filing duties

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience (Fresh ITE graduates are welcome to apply)
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Proficient in MS Office applications, have good interpersonal and communication skills.
