Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to fill in the following position.

Senior/HR Generalist (Ref No.: KRSH08015)
(Singapore - Central)

 

Responsibilities:
You will be handling a full spectrum of HR which is not limited to talent acquisition, policies & procedures, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations and payroll management.

You are to work closely with Business Managers in talent acquisition program such as resourcing planning and hiring strategy. You will also be engaged in talent retention programs. You are also to review HR policies and streamline any operation processes to achieve operation excellence. You will to build people pipeline and create employee communications programs. You will partner with your Manager on C&B matters such as benefits, performance appraisal and compensation review, surveys and any other market analysis.

You are the process owner for payroll management and compliance. You will partner with the payroll vendor in delivering smooth payroll transactions on a monthly basis. You are to ensure that all remuneration payments are paid accurately and timely. You will also be the driver for employee shares option management

You should maintain a high standard of record keeping. You will also be the point of contact for any HR queries, issues and escalation matters. You should research any HR issues and strive to quench internal customer’s dissatisfaction.

Requirements:
You are a Degree qualified in Human Resources and/or Business Studies with a minimum of 3 years of Generalist experience. Payroll experience is a mandatory requirement. You should be well-versed in local employment law and government salary statutory regulations.

You are meticulous, methodical and have high expectation on accuracy. You are customer-oriented and not afraid of offering HR consultation advices as and when needed. You are able to work independently and be able to relate with others effectively. You should also have a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines. You should demonstrate an in-depth working knowledge of payroll systems.
