Responsibilities:
- Degree in Business/HR or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years' relevant Full Spectrum HR/C&B experience in a structure Organization environment, of which at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Good Communication skills in verbal and written languages in English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization skills required for this position
Requirements:
- This position is a regional role based in Singapore and the incumbent is expected to actively perform Full spectrum role in HR function and to provide a comprehensive training and development service to the company to ensure that all staff achieve high professional standards and that they have the necessary skills to help the company attain its strategic objectives.
- Review, develop and drive C&B policies and streamline HR processes to achieve operational efficiency
- Ensure that HR processes and procedures are implemented in alignment with the corporate objectives as well as statutory and regulatory legislations
- Recommend HR policies and programmes to enhance the company's ability to attract, motivate and retain key talent in the Organization
- Manage annual performance appraisal programmes including base compensation, variable compensation
- Manage Payroll department and ensure all Compensation/Benefits and Claims policy are implemented and meeting the dateline and Corporate guideline set by the management
