Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the wafer fabrication process which includes product transfer and implementation, new process development and application and process quality improvement. Preparing, reviewing and updating process specifications and work instructions, maintaining and troubleshooting machines, undertaking yield, costs and line improvement projects will be the other aspects of your role. You will also perform analyses of situations or data involving multiple variables.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical/Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics Engineering with at least 2 – 3 years relevant working experience in the Wafer Fabrication industry involving in process or quality control functions
- Possess strong technical analysis and problem solving skills with a good understanding of SPC, FMEA and MSA
