Assistant Manager (HR)/HR Officer (Singapore - Town) Requirements: - Formulate, enhance and implement HR polices relating to staff benefits for the SP Group of Companies and ensure their competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate the best
- Identify issues, opportunities and make recommendations with respect to employee benefits
- Assist in industrial relations and employee relations issues
- Organize activities such as Workplace Health Programmes to promote morale, integration and sense of belonging
- Good degree preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a large organisation
- Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and/or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A resourceful team player with initiative
- Analytical with an eye for detail
