Assistant Manager (HR)/HR Officer

Requirements:

  • Formulate, enhance and implement HR polices relating to staff benefits for the SP Group of Companies and ensure their competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate the best
  • Identify issues, opportunities and make recommendations with respect to employee benefits
  • Assist in industrial relations and employee relations issues
  • Organize activities such as Workplace Health Programmes to promote morale, integration and sense of belonging


  • Good degree preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a large organisation
  • Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and/or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits will be advantageous
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A resourceful team player with initiative
  • Analytical with an eye for detail
