IT Support Executive
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Provide LAN, website, desktop and first level Oracle ERP support
- Manage software and hardware configuration for both clients and servers
- Assist in IT project management
Requirements:
- Graduate in Computer Studies/ Information Technology with 1- 2 years experience or Diploma with 2- 3 years experience
- Have keen interest in IT, including web, desktop and pc support
- Good communication skill in English and Mandarin, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge/ experience in PC troubleshooting, Microsoft Office Applications, and Visual Basic. Experience in Oracle ERP, PC Assembly and network setup will be an added advantage
- Positive in learning, and able to work independently
