Shipping Executive

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control daily operation to ensure processes are in consistency
• Coordinate internal functional departments to ensure timeliness of order processing, shipping arrangement and documentation requirements
• Liaise with service providers on changing requirements and monitor their service performance level to ensure adherence to established service contacts
• Liaise with banks to clarity L/C requirement and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor shipping schedule to facilitate time order issuing, processing and shipping of goods to subsidiaries and distributors
• Monitor performance of the shipping staff and to plan their training schedule
• Compile monthly reports and participate in review of Oracle systems processes

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'A' level or Diploma in Logistics
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Applicants must be willing to work in Boon Lay Way
