Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Business/ Legal/ Finance/ Economics or related disciples.

  • Min. 3 to 5 yrs experience handling operational compliance or related exposure.

  • Familar with conducting Audits, Risk assessment, investigations, etc...

  • Strong regional liasion skills with a eye for details.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

  • Travelling Required, up to 30%.

Duties:
  • Work with different business units in Asia to maintain policies and procedures.

  • Promoting awareness and responsibility through training and regular communication.

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify regulatory, operational or reputational risk.
  • Manage regulatory matters effectively, including relationships and correspondence with regulators; regulatory examinations; implementation of new regulations; authorization and licensing, etc...

  • Assist with the development of new products and services by assisting the business in identifying potential risks and compliance issues.

  • Encourage employees to escalate potential business practices that may violate regulatory requirements or internal policies and procedures.

  • Conducte issue-specific investigations.

  • Work with business units on corrective & preventive actions for any non compliance issues.

  • Interpretation of compliance requirements.
