Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational and administration of purchasing functions
• Review and analyze of quotes and evaluate of pricing and performance
• Negotiation for major purchases for project items
• Guidance and support to Purchasers on the work routine and problem solving
• Review of vendors’ Sales contractual terms and conditions
• Project purchasing and sourcing for yearly contractual supply of provisions and shipyard for vessel dry dock
• Drafting of contractual terms and conditions for tender exercise and award

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in the same capacity
• Well verse in logistics, purchase and supply for MARINE industry
• Good knowledge in logistics and vendor management
• Basic knowledge of contract law
• With technical in marine engineering background, will be an added advantage
• Familiar with AMOS purchasing system, or other computer software used for central purchasing system
• Strong leadership and decisive
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
