Customer Service Representative
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the key contact for all customer order processing, arrangement of shipments, production and delivery schedules. The position will require an individual who can multi-task and work closely with customers in Asia and internal functions, within Singapore and US, to deliver excellent customer service.

• Serve as the focal point for all sales related administration and order management.
  
• Responsible for order coordination, order processing, scheduling deliveries, and vendor managed inventory.
  
• Receive purchase orders, generate sales orders and disseminate sales order
  information throughout the organization.
  
• Liaise with customers and production planner to establish delivery schedules.
  
• Administrative routines pertaining to consignment inventories.
  
• Coordinate purchase order releases to contract manufacturers.
  
• Support Regional Sales Manager and Technical Support Engineer in ad-hoc
  administrative assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
  
• At least 3 years of related working experience, preferably in an electronics or optoelectronics manufacturing environment, component sales environment, or EMS, including experience working with customers.
  
• International shipping, logistics and supply chain experience is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical, co-ordination and organizational skills.
  
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  
• Excellent team player with proven influencing and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions.
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications. Experience with IQMS will be an
  advantage.
