Due to expanding operations, we are looking for suitable candidates to join us in the following position:-

Technical Support Engineer (Global Messaging)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and precise information to customers’ technical issues via email and phone calls.
• Investigate the technical issue and provide solution.
• Prioritise the severity of trouble ticket, and discern its implications on software or hardware.
• Cooperate and follow up with relevant parties to find solution.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of working experience in technical support/customer care.
• Experience in UNIX /Linux, MySQL and GSM.
• Good understanding of the cellular network technology, products and services.
• Ability to work under pressure, structuring and organising own work.
• Dynamic and rigorous, hands-on, large autonomy, self-motivated and enjoy working within a dynamic organisation.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English are required.
• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Telecommunication skills in SMPP, HTTP, TCP/IP protocols and technologies will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SS7 (MTP, SCCP, TCAP, MAP) will be an added advantage.
