Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service
• Perform direct and effective liaising with internal/external parties to meet customers' requirements
• Service customer account through order management and coordination with production department
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up to customers' requests

Requirements:

• Fresh Diploma/ Degree Holders are welcome
• Be able to communicate in English and Mandarin as the incumbent needs to liaise with Chinese speaking personnel from China more effectively
• Independent individual who needs minimum supervision and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organisation skills and self-motivated
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, responsible and customer service oriented
• Candidate must be willing to work in Loyang area
• Salary range $1500 to $2000 + sales incentives
