Assistant SOX Compliance Manager (Regional Finance Division)
(Singapore - Science Park)

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/ Accountancy or related studies.

  • Certifed in CPA & CIA preferred.

  • 4 to 6 years experience handling SOX compliance and audit related functions.

  • Prior audit experience in the Big 5 will be an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exposure in regional projects implementation & management preferred.

  • Must be able to travel (Up to 50%).


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in management of the regional initatives to implement Interal control framework.

  • Assist operating companies with programs to correct defciencies identified in internal audits.

  • Ensure Business units adhere to the compliance and corporate code of ethics.

  • Follow up on incident reports.

  • Assist in regional introduction of financial policies and procedures.

  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
