Service Level Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and resolving incident assignment issues and resolving day-to-day incident coordination actions
• Tracking open incidents and identifying any incident that requires increased focus to meet committed service levels
• Participating in Incident Management meetings and reviews
• Perform Root Cause Analysis
• Monitoring unassigned and reassigned incidents and take necessary action
• Handling day-to-day incident issues and escalating the Incident Resolver Groups as required to bring the resolution of the incidents back on schedule

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): ITIL Certified
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Service Delivery (Incident & Problem Management) from Telco Industry exposure.
• 1 Contract position available.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
